Lovely stay with a personal touch

We had a really nice time here. The staff were super friendly and even surprised us with cute little easter baskets in the room. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was solid. Our room was clean and comfy. Only bummer was that the bar was closed during our stay.

Unfortunately, I was placed on the first floor, and the noise from the hallway and upstairs guests was disruptive throughout the night. I had asked for extra pillows late at night, which were promised but never delivered, forcing me to make a trip to the front desk. Additionally, the limited towels in my room made it inconvenient during my stay, especially after four nights of use.

The Queen Room Whirlpool was nice, but the pillows were a real letdown—small and hard. The room had a bit of wear and tear. It was quite dark even with all the lamps on. The decor was okay, but it could definitely use an update. On the bright side, the whirlpool was a nice touch, and the bathroom was fine. The heating unit was really loud, which made for a restless night.
